At ToysRUs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
